Delivery Policy

Last updated: 23 August 2026

1. How this policy applies

This Delivery Policy applies to products delivered or made available for collection by Inscribed. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions. Delivery arrangements may differ for custom, personalised, school, corporate, and bulk orders and will be stated in the applicable quotation or order confirmation.

2. Delivery areas

Delivery is available only to locations that Inscribed or its delivery partner can reasonably serve. We will confirm whether delivery is available to your area before accepting the order. An enquiry, website submission, or previous delivery to an area does not guarantee that delivery is currently available.

3. Delivery charges

Delivery charges depend on the destination, parcel size, urgency, and delivery provider. The applicable charge will be disclosed before your order is confirmed. If the address or delivery requirements change after confirmation, we may quote an additional charge and will obtain your agreement before proceeding. Unless expressly included in the product price, delivery is charged separately.

4. Delivery estimates

We will provide an estimated delivery date or time window when the order is confirmed or ready for dispatch. The estimate begins only after payment has cleared and all required order details, artwork, or approvals have been received. Custom and bulk orders may have longer preparation times. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed deadlines unless Inscribed expressly agrees otherwise in writing.

5. Address and contact details

You must provide a complete and accurate delivery address, a reachable telephone number, and any access or landmark information reasonably needed to complete delivery. Please check these details before confirming your order. Inscribed is not responsible for a delay or failed delivery caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information supplied by you.

6. Dispatch and tracking

Where tracking or a courier reference is available, we may share it with you. Tracking updates are supplied by the delivery provider and may not update in real time. Splitting an order into more than one delivery will be discussed with you where it would materially affect timing or cost.

7. Receiving an order

Delivery may be accepted by you or by a person reasonably present at the delivery address. That person will be treated as authorised to receive the order unless you give us different written instructions before dispatch. A delivery provider may request a signature, confirmation code, name, photograph, or other reasonable proof of delivery.

8. Missed or failed delivery

If delivery cannot be completed because no authorised person is available, you cannot be reached, access is refused, or the address is incorrect, the order may be returned or held for collection. A reasonable redelivery or return charge may apply. We will tell you about that charge before arranging another attempt. Repeated failed attempts may result in cancellation, subject to deductions for delivery, return, custom work, or other costs already reasonably incurred and to any rights you have under applicable law.

9. Inspection and delivery problems

Please inspect the parcel as soon as reasonably possible after receipt. If an item is missing, damaged, or incorrect, contact us promptly—preferably within 48 hours—with your order reference and clear photographs where relevant. Reporting within 48 hours helps us investigate with the delivery provider, but it does not remove any mandatory right or remedy you may have under applicable law.

10. Delays outside our control

Delivery may be affected by traffic, weather, road conditions, public events, courier disruption, system outages, acts of authorities, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. We will take reasonable steps to keep you informed and to minimise the delay. Where a substantial delay occurs, contact us so we can discuss available options.

11. Collection orders

Where collection is offered, wait for confirmation that the order is ready before travelling. You may be asked for the order reference and proof of identity or authority to collect. An order collected by your nominated person is treated as delivered to you. Collection location, available times, and any storage deadline will be confirmed directly with you.

12. Risk, ownership, and returns

Risk of loss or damage passes to you when the order is delivered to the address you supplied or collected by you or your nominee. Ownership passes once full payment has been received. Delivery charges are not normally refundable after a completed delivery, except where required by law or where the refund results from our error. Returns and refunds remain subject to our Terms & Conditions and applicable law.

13. Contact us

For a delivery quote, address change, delay, or problem with an order, please contact Inscribed and include your order reference where available.
