Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 23 August 2026

1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Inscribed website and any enquiry, order, or purchase made through the website, WhatsApp, or another channel operated by Inscribed. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Products and availability

We aim to describe and display our stationery, gifts, bundles, and other products accurately. Colours, finishes, packaging, and dimensions may vary slightly from photographs or between production batches. Products and bundle components are subject to availability. We may confirm stock manually before accepting an order, substitute a component only with your agreement, or cancel an unavailable item and refund any amount paid for it.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Zambian Kwacha unless stated otherwise. Delivery, customisation, transaction, or other applicable charges will be disclosed before your order is confirmed. We may correct an obvious pricing or product-information error before accepting an order. Payment must be made using an approved method and is subject to any terms imposed by the relevant payment provider.

4. Orders and confirmation

Sending an enquiry or order request does not by itself create a binding sale. An order is accepted when Inscribed confirms the items, total price, payment arrangements, and any applicable collection or delivery details. You are responsible for providing accurate contact, delivery, and order information.

5. Delivery and collection

Delivery areas, charges, estimated timing, address requirements, missed deliveries, collection, and receipt of goods are governed by our Delivery Policy, which forms part of these terms. Risk in the goods passes to you when the order is delivered to the address you supplied or collected by you or your nominee. Nothing in the Delivery Policy limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

6. Custom and bulk orders

Custom, branded, personalised, school, and bulk orders may require a quotation, deposit, proof approval, minimum quantity, and longer lead time. You are responsible for checking names, spelling, colours, sizes, quantities, and artwork before approval. Once production or procurement begins, a custom order may not be changeable or refundable unless the item is defective or the law requires otherwise.

7. Cancellations, returns, and refunds

Contact us promptly if you need to cancel or change an order. Eligibility for a return or refund depends on the product, its condition, whether it was customised, and the circumstances of the purchase. Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory rights or remedies available to you under applicable Zambian law.

8. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website. In particular, you must not:

  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, accounts, systems, or data;
  • introduce malicious code, interfere with operation, or bypass security controls;
  • submit false, unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent enquiries or orders; or
  • copy or exploit website content except as permitted by law or with our written consent.

9. Intellectual property

The Inscribed name, logo, website design, text, graphics, product photography, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Inscribed and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No rights are transferred to you except the limited right to use the website for personal, lawful purposes.

10. Third-party services and links

The website may link to services such as WhatsApp, payment providers, delivery providers, or external digital tools. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices. Inscribed is not responsible for a third-party service outside our control.

11. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inscribed is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the website or a delayed or unavailable service. Our total liability relating to a product order will not exceed the amount paid for that order, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Zambia. The courts of Zambia will have jurisdiction over disputes, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection process or right that applies.

13. Changes and contact

We may update these terms from time to time by publishing a revised version on this page. For questions about these terms or an order, please contact Inscribed.
